Not much is know about the mysterious Chancellor of the University of the Occult. What is know is that she was in born in the Grand Duchy of Novaya sometime before 150IE. Alina was present at Grunga during the Second War for the Frontier, where she was witnessed breaching the city walls with a spell of terrifyingly destructive proportions, reducing a 30m section of wall to rubble in the blink of an eye.
It is said within Novaya that Alina leads the rumoured Order of the Burning Lantern, though this information is far from certified.
