Vagra
The unofficial capital of the Volim clan. It is a den of scum and villainly the likes of which are rarely seen elsewhere. Crime is rampant and the only enforcers of the law are the city guard. Which are conveniently paid and controlled by Artjem Volim. Many people who do not keep their wits about them can find themselves lost within the seedy underbelly. At best, You'll lose your purse or shirt. At worst you could lose your life.
