Despite its name, The Volim Clan is not an actual family in the geneological sense. But is actually an organized crime family running their cities and their revenue streams with cut-throat ruthlessness. The head of this crime family is one Artyom Volim. To get to the head of your own crime family, one must be willing to do what is necessary to achieve his goals. It's easy then to imagine how a man of Artyom's stature got to his current station.
