Session 72: When Last We Met 3/3/24

General Summary

When Last we met, the party were in the middle of mopping up the last of Artjem's forces in the immediate vicinity. Upon completion of combat. Ursine distress growls were heard outside. Fearing the worst, Tensi immediately rushed out the front door to find Trout in river surrounded by Henchmen as well as guards. Seeing her buddy get wounded, she flies into a rage and a second combat began with this group of henchmen. 
Meanwhile inside the mansion, Mistral raised 3 corpses using his Danse Macabre spell. One of which was Artjem himself. With his small army of undead, he marched out to the front to find the battle in full swing. It was a hard won fight, but the party eventually came out on top. From there, Celeste attached herself to Tensi's back and picked off the guards around the perimeter of the mansion. 
While this is happening, the danse macabre ends and Romaia kneels down to cast speak with dead on the freshly killed Artjem Volim. 
And that's where we'll pick up next time!

• Party finished off Artjem's immediate henchmen
• Went to find Trout being attacked by more henchmen
• Killed them off
• Took out perimeter guards
• Casting speak with dead on Artjem
