Gehenna
Gehenna is a neutral evil Lower Plane, although it leans slightly in favor of the forces of chaos. The Souls of warmongers and brutal mercenaries are doomed to its clutches once their violent lives are done. It is a place of endless warfare within a maze of muddy trenches, where the Blood Wars are fought endlessly between opposing factions of fiends. (The demons seem to have a slight advantage over the devils due to the chaotic-leaning nature of the plane, although the devils' generally higher intelligence and organized martial ranks seem to make up for this.)
There is no room for compassion, mercy, or goodness in the trenches of Gehenna. It is miserable and cold. Drizzle hangs in the air, mixed intermittently with sleet, blood rain, or clouds of roving mustard gas. It is a plane of greed and brutal survival, where allies and enemies alike fight for control of the war machines sent from Hades, whose metal innards serve as the only respite from the wretched trenches.
