Cúarta
Cuárta is a town on the far northeastern coast of Scalados. It is cold, remote, and little-visited; still, it remains the largest population center in the Morigandor diocese after the Siege of Bjália. It is the smallest permanent settlement to host any Kaiwel, sending kaiwelë to all major cities and hosting kaiwelë from the Citadel of the Wild, the Northern Eldorokh Caravans, Enchalmida, and Kyolondë.
