Zacharias "Zachary" Xenakis is the Pallorin's humanoid National Inquisitor who is mainly heard but not seen. He works in a coalition with James O'Hare, the human Secretary of State for the Home Department.
Zachary is a quick-witted, cunning, and introverted individual. He uses his emotional intelligence to manipulate people and get what he wants. He is quite nosy and has no problems interfering in anyone's business if it will benefit him. Although he originally appears to not have many morals, Zachary has quite a strong moral compass. Although he is blunt and honest, he is not above lying for his own benefit.
Zachary definitely isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, even though he prefers to work behind the scenes. He is also quite patient and is emotionally intelligent. However, he is blinded by revenge and anger, which can cause him to stray far from his morality.

While Zachary lacks tattoos or piercings, he is most recognizable for his mass of bushy, curly hair. It reaches his shoulders, but because he has so many large curls, some suspect his hair could be longer. Even though Zachary's hair can grow so long that it covers most of his face, he still manages to make it look good.

Zachary is ambidextrous, which helps him greatly in battle.
Special abilities
As a humanoid, Zachary has specific powers due to his genes. He has the elemental ability of Fulgurkinesis (although he only manipulates lightning and electricity). Along with these powers, Zachary also uses Chronokinesis, Plasmakinesis (which stems from Fulgurkinesis) and Atmokinesis (which allows him to access all the classical elements and Thermokinesis).
Specialized Equipment
In one of his past lives, Zachary created his own weapon, the Living Staff of Tempos. The staff is a quarterstaff that allows him to fight, but also helps reveal the truth, so long as it is touching a living thing. The reason it has "Tempos" in the name is because people normally associate time travel with the truth, since time can't lie. The staff also channels Zachary's Chronokinetic energy through it so Chronokinesis is easier to use. Zachary can use the Tempostaff as a whole quarterstaff, or split it into two mini batons when fighting.

Zachary is very good at reading people due to knowing a lot about psychology and meeting many different people. He can detect patterns in people's behaviour, which allows him to quickly learn about his surroundings. If he enters a room, he can understand the tone in less than a few seconds, and acts according to the situation. This makes him very emotionally intelligent and self-aware, which can surprise others.
He also has good spatial awareness, which makes him an excellent martial artist and fighter. He can remember fighting techniques very well and is a fast learner. Zachary has a great memory and has good attention to detail.

Since he understands human and humanoid psychology, he is capable of manipulating others. However, he rarely sugarcoats the truth. Zachary is blunt and honest, no matter how people react, and he rarely lies.
Zachary is just as introverted as his cousin Luke Ragnulf, so he tends to think a lot more before acting. In any given situation, Zachary is confident that he will make the right decision.

Because he comes from Torago, Zachary has a strong Greek-sounding accent, even though they are hard to identify. He has a soft voice and is very polite to people.
