Dust Base

Dust Base is a prison complex in Dustbane City built by the Pallorin to arrest dangerous humanoids. However, recent Pallorin leaders have used the prison to unfairly imprison those who oppose them. Dust Base has also been a hub for the Elders to revive their conspiracy against humans and humanoids.

Purpose / Function

Dust Base is a prison for dangerous humanoids who have broken the law and cannot be contained by existing prison systems. They are brought there to be punished and to keep them away from society.

Tourism

While touring Dust Base is highly discouraged by many Humanoids, some people still want to explore the area. They mainly want to see the high-tech security and the interesting ways in which humanoids ate contained. This is because many prisons can't hold powerful humanoids for long, and they don't always have the technology to block their powers.
