Atmokinesis is the power to manipulate the weather. Users can sense, manipulate and create weather by altering meteorological patterns, changing weather or climate patterns or changing the temperature. Atmokines can generate any type of weather in concentrated or continental areas, depending on their abilities.
The Division of Superpowered Individuals
(DSI) has categorised this power into Sector 5 of the Power Index, because of the intensity of weather patterns that Atmokines can create. The DSI had also considered it powerful because Atmokines have the combined powers of Aerokinesis, Fulgurkinesis (without Technopathy), Cryokinesis and Thermokinesis.
Effect
The effect of atmokinesis is the change in weather patterns or the creation of new ones in an area.
Side/Secondary Effects
Unlike most powers, atmokinesis doesn't provide protection to its users against the weather. This means that atmokines can be affected by their own weather alterations. There are higher chances of physical illnesses that could come from being in extreme temperatures, being injured by debris, or by being affected by natural disasters.
Another side effect of using atmokinesis is fatigue. Atmokines use a lot of energy to manipulate the weather or the atmosphere in an area. The process can tire people out, especially if they are using atmokinesis for long periods of time.

Known Users
The Pallorin nor the DSI have found many people with the power of atmokinesis, seeing as the ability is rarer than many powers.
