South Katanga is a Galilean from Quadrilore. On Quadrilore, she was a soldier trained by Elder Elliott to hunt all the humanoids that betrayed Elder Elliott.

South carries an axe made from xenolium that she uses as a weapon. While she doesn't carry it on her most of the time, the axe can shrink into a small artefact that can be carried in her pocket. However, she rarely uses it.
