Viskari Human

Viskari are rare hybrids of sankari and visesi humans. Usually, visesi and sankari are too different from one another to produce viable offspring, and when they are, they are usually either sankari or visesi. Extremely rarely, a child will express both visesi and sankari traits. The resulting "viskari" has the specialization of the visesi parent and the animal features of the sankari.
Viskari are not divergent, but that doesn't mean they aren't treated like it. Viskari hold tight to their bio-reg cards to prove so. Losing their bio-reg is a life-or-death situation as they might be picked up by the CCD. It is no surprise that a lot of viskari choose the isolation of space.

Viskari have both visesi and sankari traits. They also gain the Genetic Anomaly (Minor) hindrance.
