Biometric Registry Reference Card

The "BRR" or "Bio-Reg" is a standard Federation issue ID card that makes it possible to identify someone even in the event an individual surgically alters their face. Bio-regs use encoded genetic information and other biometric information to identify people, and includes a host of information about the bearer.
