February Bestiary

Challenge Accepted

These are my creation for the February Bestiary. I hope to get to creating quite a few but will likely not aim to get them all :) Nonetheless I hope you enjoy my creations!

Bestiary

Shell

This aquatic mollusk has a beautiful shell that is imbued wit magic. They get their alternative name "Falls Seeker" for their tendency to live around Sea Falls locations.

Stripes

These feline predators are a dangerous species living in the Mizarin Jungle region. They are similar to tigers but thanks to their wings they are able to use gliding to catch prey.

Vicious

This big brother of the Spinosaurus is a true menace in the Risha river. If one does not keep an eye on movements in the water, they could be eaten only a few moments later.

Stalk

Caution: Insect

This insectoid species is mostly known for its weird balloon like appendage on top of its body. It uses this to float in the sky as it does not have regular wings for flight.

Wings

Akatari are a beautiful avian species. They have feathers in a great array of colours that are bioluminescent, which makes this species look truly magical.

Silent

This feline species may look like a regular jaguar when in its neutral form but it has the ability to changes the colours of its fur. They are the reason why you can never be sure that a bush is just a bush.

Pack

Raptors are a species of dinosaurs known to work well together in packs for their hunting tactics. But Beastfolk have managed to domesticate some of them as well.

Monstrous

These large tortoise like creatures burrow themselves in the deep snow waiting for prey to ambush. They can sense any nearby movement and freeze their prey on their shell.

Tamed

Another species of large turtle like creatures. Luckily these are quite gentle giants in comparison to the Rocksnappers. In the Mizarin region they are used as a sort of boat.
