Description
The Tallies is made up of many short, squat, windowless buildings with heavy iron doors to keep out the smoke from the Foundry District. To make up for their lack of height, each building has deep, cellars which are all connected by warren-like tunnels.Demographic
The Karbonites fund, run and populate The Tallies. Unlike the usual labourers or kettle knights that are seen, these are the educated, who can read, write and tally, able to take notes and organise. The Military also has a presence in this area. As the Karbonite's main patron, they watch, hawklike, at the progress of the production of the Karbon Steel.Services
