Spellwrought Tattoo

Some tattoists are also skilled in the magical arts and seek to combine their passions. The spellwrought tattoo is one of those passions, able to imbue the magic of up to 5th level spell into a magic needle. This needle can then be activated, causing the target to sport a new tattoo and upon activation, unleashing the spell stored within. This tattoo vanishes after the spell has been cast.
