Rayan Circle

Leaders from all areas of Rayas are invited to attend summits where deals may be brokered and intentions set out for the future. The summit is hosted on the 1st day of the new year with the locations randomly selected in a controlled anti magic field to prevent any tampering. It is incredibly rare that all regions attend the event with some considering it beneath them or a waste of time.
