Quill of Concealment

An enchanted quill, capable of leaving messages or symbols on any solid surface that are invisible to the naked eye. These messages can only be seen when viewed with an Umbra Eye.
These quills can take on a variety of stylings and look like any other ordinary writing device, they are notoriously hard to distinguish from a regular quill even when usuing detection magic.
This item, upon uttering it's command word, can be used once a day to write or draw a message and remains active for 10 minutes. It regains it's charge at dawn every day. Those with magical abilities can expend a spell slot of any level to use the quill an extra time.
