Power Scroll

These scrolls are magically enchanted items that allow anyone with the correct command word to activate them, usually unleashing stored magical energy in some form. The user needs no magical knowledge or ability to make use of these items, however, some require additional instructions to properly aim or influence the energy for its intended use.
Power scrolls are much rarer to find than traditional spell scrolls, they take additional effort and resources to create resulting in a very select few able to produce them.
