Mondur Expanse

A section of land touching both the northern and eastern coasts of Rayas. The mountainous nature of it's borders makes it relatively easy to maintain control although the region is rarely contested.
Moondrake and the surrounding areas are considered a welcoming sort of middle ground between empires. The borders are largely unguarded aside from the two highly valuable coastal locations.
