Mark of Binding

You target one willing creature within range and utter a simple command no longer than a sentence. A mark of your choice appears on the face of the target for the duration that will automatically vanish once the command has been carried out. Alternatively, the caster may dismiss the spell at any time.
You know the rough location of your target at all times, and their exact location if they are within 1000ft of you.
Once per day you may use your hold over the creature to inflict 1d4 points of psychic damage. If the target is acting in a counterintuitive fashion to your command they must also subtract this number from their maximum hit points, which do not regenerate after resting. These lost hit points only return after the spell has been dismissed.
