Located deep in the mainland of Rayas, this region is one of the only ones without direct access to a coastline. Borders are often shifting ever so slightly as the kingdom attempts to gain more ground.
Elmira commands most of the area and the towns and villages pay taxes directly to the capital in exchange for protection.
