Elf - Drow
Elves are a magical species that inhabit the world in many areas and many varieties, from elegant cities to woodland huts deep in the forests. They love nature, magic, art, music and poetry, and all the good things of the world. On average around 10% of the population of Naru is made up of elves.
They tend to live over 700 years, giving them a perspective and insight far beyond the other species of Naru. The Drow are 'dark elves' that typically live in the Underdark , the Upperdark more exclusively. They are generally shorter and thinner than elves with athletic builds and high levels of attractiveness. Female drow are generally much stronger than their male counterparts in addition to being larger and more muscular. Their skin is dark grey, with some leaning more towards black or shades of blue, hair usually grey/black and long although they are incapable of having facial hair. They only usually care about themselves, wealth and power to add to their own. They have a code of respect to their chain of command and rulers but that is about as far as it goes. Drow males are commonly fighters of wizards while drow females are almost always clerics. City outskirts usually allow for free trading even with races they dislike/hate but in the city center, there are no laws or safeguards for any non-natives.
