Algattan
Tucked away in an isolated pocket, the town of Algattan and a handful of villages are separated from the rest of Talia by a cluster of mountains. In addition to being a little out of the way, this area has a much cooler climate throughout the year thanks to ice-cold currents from Kartomb to the northwest. Summers are mild while winters often experience heavy snowfall adding to the challenges of living here but despite all of this, the locals manage to stay safe, secure and productive year round.
Agriculture specialists have perfected the growth of several unique crops that thrive in this environment, many of which are sought after in faraway regions allowing the town to charge a premium for their goods. These ingredients make up most of the town's income and the majority of residents work in fields related to harvesting, preparing and exporting these goods.
Algattan is under the charge of Baroness Elara Ironheart who manages everything of behalf of King Cazir. She has been in command since 3882 AC, is incredibly passionate about farming and often leads the charge of growing experimental variations of crops.
