They are a well-groomed and good looking human bard/rogue who was a former spy for Thornden before turning their hand to journalism and finding outstanding success there. Bristow is known for his excellent research of individuals he meets, the secrets and contacts he has and his intense questioning over a topic. Bristow has earned a reputation that leads many to groan with frustration knowing he is going to be interviewing them and he has ensured the Platinum Herald have cultivated a reputation for personal scandal articles.

Personal history
Clydie does not often talk about his own history but is known to have been born in High Gate in Thornden and was born into abject poverty as his mother died in childbirth and his dad left him at 5 years old.
Clydie was exceptionally fortunate however, as he was adopted by The Harbinger Cassius Tempas soon after his father left and he was raised in the town of Flitwick with the other orphans where he found a love of reading and built an especial fondness of his 'aunt' Aliana and her ability to easily read a lie and understand the events taking place around her.
Though it was Bristow's love of Tyr that he took from hsi childhood, he had a deep commitment to Tyr and the idea of justice, this led him to join The Varne Academy as a scout before he decided to become a journalist and deliver honest justice across Namarie, believing he is working to ensure Tyr's justice is being delivered across Kaechaek and the rest of Namarie.
