Wildlands
The Wildlands are a large region north of the Calamest Mountains and The Ash. Largely unclaimed by modern nations and populated only by scattered towns loyal to no particular nation, they are a dangerous region full of unhindered monsters.
Though Bocrae has long desired to spread their empire into the Wildlands, the giants of the east have halted almost all movement into the region.
Prior to the Sokolan Cataclysm and the creation of The Ash, the Sokolan Empire was colonizing the region. With no support from their former nation, those colonists either settled deeper in the wilderness, or attempted to make their way to Strada and Nores.
