Mount Gundabad
Mount Gundabad was the mount where Durin I awoke. Therefore it has always been held in reverance by the Dwarves. However the Dwarves never built any settlements there. In the SECOND AGE Sauron directed his ORCS to hold it and dwell there. Since that time it has been a stronghold for Orcs. Although many were killed in The Battle of Five Armies.
