Lions Guard
The Lions Guard are a faction, sanctioned by the Holy Zygallic Church, to pursue criminals and uphold justice. Unlike most groups sanctioned by the church, the Lionsguard operates within Alloyus, and does not seem to have jurisdiction outside of the colony. This group often works with the local law enforcement to take down the most dangerous criminals. They are said to be unbeatable in combat.
Structure
They are an organization of hand picked knights with only one leader.

Each one is gifted a weapon of their choice, a mantle reminiscent of the Lionsguard, and a crest they can show to affirm their authority.
History
Prior to their founding, veteran of the Bastion Siege Charlos LePau noticed the local law enforcements in his city were unwilling or unable to pursue criminals beyond their city walls. Many were simply not willing or able to pursue as the landscape is dangerous to those who cannot travel in large groups. And yet, in spite of this, the most dangerous criminals were the ones who were never pursued, but always managed to survive the rigors of the desert.
This meant many of the worst criminals always managed to escape, and with no one willing to pursue, this also meant the worst crimes went without being stopped. Knowing something needed to be done, he parlayed the Stone Lord. His request was accepted and approved by the Minister of External Affairs and the High Priestess herself condoned the blessing of the Lionsguard, a group dedicated to protecting peace within the colony.
To date the group only has 12 members, but each one is considered a mighty hero. They meet in secret At the Lion’s Den in Gateway, to discuss their plans for securing towns in need or capturing the most dangerous criminals.
With hearts undaunted, we defend.
