Initially he was a veteran of the Kaldos Rebellion who sought a new life in the new world. He originally wanted to be a merchant, but seeing the great tragedies of people suffering from a lack of safety, he instead founded a group to root out the world's evils. He is currently the sitting head of the Lionsguard.
