El'dor

The El'dor are the criminal syndicate responsible for the majority of illegal activity in Bliss of the Nation of Thul. In the early years of the cities history, they managed to rise to power underneath Eourlund Mistfel and his guards watchful presence, managing to successfully poison and murder the cities founder in 3E027. With their success their activities soon ran rampant across the city, cementing their hold on the large border settlement. Twitch of The Grateful Six had a myriad of dealings with them upon his escape from Oxbow.

Structure

The boss sits at the top of the ladder in the El'dor. Beneath him are 6 of his most trusted men make up his lieutenants. These men serve has his protectors and advisors, along with running large portions of the criminal empire's territory. Next are 12 captains who serve the lieutenants, with up to 10-15 entry level grunts beneath each captain.
