South Beach Settlement in Miami By Night | World Anvil

South Beach

In both daytime and at nightfall, the South Beach section of Miami Beach is a major entertainment destination with hundreds of nightclubs, restaurants, boutiques and hotels. The area is popular with tourists from Canada, Europe, Israel and the entire Western Hemisphere, with some having permanent or second homes there.   For fera, the South Beach is the location of one of the two caerns in Miami: Beacon Solar, a green energy company in South Beach, is run by the Sept of the Clear Water. The lines drawn between vampire and fera are dire, and they both guard the boundaries with ferocity, though both sides are wary of all out war.   The vampires of South Beach are mainly Gangrel and Tremere, though there is a healthy gaggle of Tzimisce, including the Bishop of South Beach: The Black Pearl. It is a dangerous place for mortals, no question.   However, for the satyrs and selkies, the South Beach neighborhood is an area of great fun and games - glamour and drink flow as one, and they frolick happily amongst the humans who dot the shores, eager to squeeze every last bit of fun from this place.
