Allapattah

A Latin-American neighborhood, Allapattah is in the process of being revitalized, with hopes being that it will one be a trendy spot for the rich and famous to frequent. For now, however, it is but a simple neighborhood with simple people and simple lives. Or that's how they would like it to be thought. Gangs, drugs and violence ooze out of the area like pus from a wound. It is a dangerous place to live - and only those who can't afford to leave, stay. It is not always money that they can't afford, though. One of the largest areas for the Lasombra clan, the Sabbat packs have a deth grip on the little neighborhood and all that goes on within it. Their closest neighbors are the Nosferatu, but besides the once-in-a-while exchange of information, money, or power, the two stay out of each others' way. Only the changelings who live off ravaged glamour would voluntarily move to Allapattah - the others are stuck there for one reason or another, and no specific kith is more common than it's fellows. The ones who were born in the neighborhood leave as quickly as possible. It is hard to get glamour humanely in such a neighborhood.
