Thoth (a.k.a. Speaks-with-Stars)
The fastest and youngest member of the Roar of the Lion, the Silent Strider Galliard is treated like the kid sibling of the group. They met the pack two years ago during the Roar's trip to Africa. The Silent Strider had been wandering by themself, but welcomed the company on the road. They entertained the others with stories and song, the somewhat awkward and nervous demeanor fading away during performances. The Galliard was as confident and knowledgeable as any other. Thoth decided to join the pack by the end of the trip. Thoth is a fierce warrior, joining Ian as one of the Warders of the Sept for as long as they remain with the Roar.

Personal history
Born to two Silent Striders, Thoth was sequestered away for much of their early years until they finally learned to shift.. Being a Metis, Thoth's parents felt great shame for their actions yet loved their child deeply. They taught them the ways of the Nation and Tribe, taught them how to survive and what was expected of them. Eventually, the adventurous soul left the safety of their parents to find their own adventures and tales. They wandered far, through countries where no one spoke their language, to others where the non-binary Garou was chased out with hatred.
During a trip in Africa, Thoth met the Roar of the Lion, an already decently renowned pack seeking to help other Caerns. Thoth was pleased to have company on the road, eager to hear their stories. The pack seemed to take a shine to the Galliard, even more so as the socially awkward demeanor fell away and the confidence they had in themselves when singing or story-telling emerged. The rest of the trip was less eventful than the pack's other meetings, no banes or hunters to fight, yet they enjoyed every moment of it.
By the end of the trip, Thoth was invited to join and the Silent Strider seemed enthusiastic in their decision to do so. They've taken on the role of Vanguard for the pack, outrunning even Ian himself and being the first to leap into the fray. They're protective of their older siblings, enjoying the teasing and ribbing. With the pack, Thoth knows they have a home, a belonging. Yet due to the Silent Strider curse, their ever restlessness, its all but a matter of time before the lovable Thoth has to leave the pack to continue onward. The pack pretend its not going to happen, preferring to enjoy the time they have together rather than worry about that tear-filled goodbye as their sibling leaves them.
