Moonstalkers have started to come much more visible, and are now very silently becoming the most powerful of the rebellion movements. They mostly focus on smuggling things and people, making secret protests and securing shelters for those that Islenor is shunning, as well as providing those getting short end of the stick both tools, education and food, yet they are still more like silent watchers, occasionally saving those they see as wrongly accused and attacking Islenor guards.
