Okto Teringen Denobren (a.k.a. The Red Heart of Peuli)
Arxid struggled for a moment to find an apt comparison. "You know Eqai Voiranoi, right?"Okto Deobern is a lusty, globetrotting Low Rostran analyst who, unknown to most save for a few other members of the Manifold Sky intelligence community, now works as a field agent for the Manifold Conservation Society's own intelligence apparatus.
"I'm familiar with our history, yes," Sisi replied. "what about him?."
"Well, imagine that, but, er... lecherous."
"That's not very charitable of you to say," Sisi said, a hint of offence creeping in at the edges of her voice.
"Yeah," Arxid said, taking a thoughtful drag from his cigar. "My cousin thought the same. Best stay away from this one, Sisi."
"W-what? He's just a very handsome man, that's all. Anyways, it isn't any of your business who I fantasize about. Sounds like you're just jealous, you old cyclops!"
"Jealous?" Arxid laughed. "Nah. I'm a romantic - I admire the craft of what he does but not the principle behind it. But take this as a friendly warning from one professional to another: he is, for sure, a spy like me. You let the Red Heart into yours, he'll break it and take what he learned to his Society cronies. Maybe we even catch some Bard-Recursant heat as a consequence, hmm? Point is, if you like your contract cards secure, steer clear."

Okto Denobern was born to Tara and Airen Denobren on the small island of Peuli in the Rostran Archipelago Confederacy. Like Arxid Sagan, another famed Rostran wildcard, Denobern excelled in the art of persuading non-Rostran people where most faltered. After a period of service in the Rostran Archipelago Confederacy Marine Forces, Denobern answered the call of Conservatorship talent agents looking for discrete individuals who could, in exchange for pay, a home, and a generous retirement in the relative safety of Bunker Primus, serve as the watchful eyes and ears of the ever-vigilant MCS.

Denobern's love and affinity for beautiful women is also his greatest weakness. It sometimes proves difficult for an outgoing personality such as himself to maintain a low profile, and he himself is a risk of drawing the attention of comely Bards-Recursant whom also specialize in the art of the honeypot. It does not help him that, as a red-skinned Rostran, Denobern sticks out like a sore thumb in regions where Rostrans are uncommon (i.e. Voxelian territories). He does significantly better as an agent in cosmopolitan places like the Red Velvet Association, Godshead Rock, or anywhere where the Navigator's Guild or Burning Hearts Social Club hold sway.

Though most Rostrans are not all that attractive to most human or verdial eyes, Denobern's wit, at-ease demeanor, and hardened physique help him overcome these hurdles. Aside from the stealth skills trained into him by his service in the RACMF and later the MCS Bureau of Defense, Denobern is also known to seduce potential contacts so that, in their unguarded moments together, he can squeeze them for information.
