Northfarthing Clerk's Office

Located in the "Tall Quarter" of Northfarthing, the clerk's office is a freestanding structure with elvish design influence. It holds records for laws, deeds, judgments, and other municipal matters. It is kept locked tight most days from the inside and calls are made by appointment only. Rigidly seeing to this is Loretta Littlears, a female half elf with a rigidly obsessive need to follow protocols and the rule of law. A bureaucrat through and through.
This building also serves as the Bank of Northfarthing and has an undervault that holds funds for its more affluent citizens – as well as Racetrack profits to be used for municipal projects.
