Loretta Littlears

Loretta Littlears is a half elf bureaucrat who works for Duke Manfred Von HughGraven of Trinsk.  She is in charge of reviewing and planning budgetary spending and city planning permits. She follows protocols and the letter of the law with obsessive attention, traits that serve her well.
Loretta is originally from the Donneshire Hills where she served as City Clerk of Northfarthing for many years.  Her rigid attitude amongst the lackadaisical halflings won her the unfortunate moniker, "The Wettest Blanket in the Hills."
Loretta was taken from the Hills and into Volinsk through the magical portal at Hedgecrook Manor.  Although she was blindfolded during this trip, she has become aware of the portal since assuming her new position in Trinsk.
