Levis Mammals

With the sheer variety of birds and insects, it was obvious that eventually the subject had to come to the mammals of Levis. While not all the mammals around, these are a few that do not need their own article.

Maned Ashe
Long black legs, a vulpine face with hare like ears, a grey-green body and a thick tuft of grey fluff on the nape of the neck, these hunters are commonly found in the forests of Solaris and the Forbidden Forest. Omnivores that hunt on medium sized marsupials, these hunters keep a small store of buried nuts for the colder months, when prey becomes less active.
Horned Bison
Important to ancient and forest Trolls, these migratory species were almost hunted to extinction in the human years. Recovered now, these massive creatures are covered in a loose hair and are most recognised by the 4 horns atop their head below their 4 eyes. As the horned bison age their horns can grow into interconnected displays, used to attract mates and ward off predators.
Brush-tailed Mochi
Coming in at 15cm, most of that as tail, this mammal has a membrane between their limbs, a thick furred tail, and squat features that it loves shining as deep into flowers as possible to lick with a short stubby tongue. With dull grey fur, this glider loves to dive between paperbark and eucalyptus trees, off to pollinate a nearby flower as messily as possible.

Frunctine - stone panthers evolved from fire cats who live underground.   Dudich - a marsupial who tends to live in the forest trees.   Quoll - Carnivorous ground marsupial, favoured hunter of the dudich.   Derry mouse -lake bound mouse south of vertus.
