Exotic Weapons [Agility]
This skill works a bit differently than other skills since these weapons are significantly harder to learn to use (but have interesting benefits). You need to pay 5 XP for each category of exotic weapon to unlock it. Once the main skill has reached 5 ranks, you can then buy a Specialty for +2 as usual. Expertise is not available for Exotic Weapons.
Specializations:
Each of the specializations represents a weapon category and all are linked to [Agility]:
s Claws: not natural claw weapons like the feline races of the Great Prairie, but clawlike attachments on gauntlets & gloves
s Chakrams: these bladed discs are usually hurled, but with proper hand protection and technique, they make vicious melee slashing weapons
s Crescent Blades (left): these two-handed weapons are as good on defense as they are on offense
s Tri-prongs (right): these are heavy throwing knives of the ani-yunwiya.
s Flails: these are very hard to defend against and favor all-out assaults
s Firearms: these relatively new and dangerous weapons require a solid understanding of their working to effectively utilize and maintain
