Tutiro Cam
Primor Tutiro Cam
Tutrio Cam is the current Primor of Atresa. He was born the wealthy Cam family and spent his childhood trading and pursing the family business, as well as getting married to Quinn Cam.
He eventually left trading as well as his husband to pursue the path of a Druid. It was during this time he discovered Guild Hyperios. He "joined" the guild for a time but eventually left under unknown circumstances.
He then ran for election to Primor against Lord Thannor and General Lastimora, narrowly attaining victory.
He managed to lead Atresa to victory in the brief Third Virnosian War and has secured a much more favorable position for Atresa in Eastern Kalin.
He traveled North on a diplomatic meeting and accidentally took part in The Battle of Lyath'Or. He joined up with his former guildmates Gareth Pancem and Norixius Sorra Day Dreamer and traveled to Eir-Bron.
As the group traveled north to the Tribe of the Sterkr Veiði Tutiro wound up participating in The Battle of the Frozen Temple.
Following the battle he bid his companions goodbye and returned to Atresa, and governed effectively while the Virnosian Rebellion grew in power and chaos.
During the penultimate moment of the Rebellion, with most of Virnos flattened, Tutiro waltzed into the city with the Atresan army and annexed it. He began putting in motion the plan to rebuild the city, appointing local leaders (including his "friend" Gareth Pancem) to act as a governing body until things were more stable.
While the Year of the Dragon saw much chaos around the continent, the prospects of the young Cam only grew. He followed up his annexing of Virnos with the annexing/occupation of Ibrim, at the invitation of the Merchant Princess. He did eventually have Atresa enter the war against Tharrisia, leaving Gareth to lead the army in The Battle of 14 Nations, but didn't escalate into open and total war.
After The Year of the Dragon Tutiro then pushed the occupation of much of the southern portions of The Nation of Ghosts, making the Atresan borders grow even further.
Since the Year of the Dragon Tutiro has overseen an Atresan golden age. While it has not always been perfect, with events such as Rischer Crisis, and the ongoing resistance from Ibrim and The Nation of Ghosts, the Fallen City has found itself in a dominant position on the continent and the near master of Eastern Kalin.
It would seem that, in addition to his successes, Tutiro Cam will be in charge for quite a while. His abilities as a Druid have become manifest, as the man barely seems to age as time goes on. The only thing that could remove him from power at this point is the other Prime Lords, who do not seem to be in a hurry to do so.
