Genie

Geniekind are outsiders native to the Elemental Planes of the Inner Sphere. There are many known kinds of genie, but the five most well-known species are djinn from the Plane of Air, efreet from the Plane of Fire, marid from the Plane of Water, shaitan from the Plane of Earth, and jann (who are composed of all elements) from the Material Plane.
They are said to have been created alongside the elements themselves, and upon death, return to the elements they are formed from to be reincarnated. Only rarely can a genie be transformed into something else - undeath is a horrifying concept to all genies, and the most foul of genies may be corrupted into divs of Abaddon upon death.
