Azatas are the chaotic good outsiders native to Elysium. They believe in freedom and redemption, and are often far more whimsical than other celestial outsiders.
Azatas as a whole are immune to electricity and petrification, resist cold and fire, and can speak to any creature with perfect comprehension.
