Grand Light Enchanter Riss
The hero who alone began the fight against Dantus before the Union was formed. He is also the leader of
The Union of Pellamulara.
Physical Description
He was said to be quite strong for someone of his species. His feathers are a royal blue and his eyes are brown. He is has a average frame with no unique qualities.

He wears red ash colored tunic and pants with a dark red scarf. On his tunic is a metal star with turquoise embroiderment. His belt is around his waist with a small pouch as well.
He has been trained in the Sky Fighter technique allowing him to fight just as effectively on the ground and in the air. His magic capabilities are not strong, but useable with solar, arcane, and fire magics. However, he is a powerful enchanter that should not be messed with.
Mental characteristics
Riss was born among one of the major cities of the
Aravitourus Empire in the north. It's referenced that he was born lower in the social classes and briefly join the military. During this time Dantus had already cemented his rule across the continent and as such Riss worked for him. However, his time in the army did not last long before he was removed from service due to disobedience.
Around this time is when the first stories about his heroics are detailed. In general, he did small tasks such as defending someone subjected to abuse by the Embrace or stealing from the government in order to help the poor people who would have been heavily discriminated against during this time. It was not till what is referred to as the North Uprising with a small rebellion erupted. Riss was not a part of this and the rebellion failed. The Embrace began to punish the community. He killed several guards and enforcers before he was forced to flee into the wilderness.
At this point he begins to raid small supply caravans and began to study and wield light magic in history. His heroics became stories told around the region which gave hope to them all. However, this brought Dantus's ire. He had him hunted down and captured for indoctrination. He was imprisoned for weeks until the
Scion's Circle rescued him and allowed him to form
The Union of Pellamulara.
From then on, he brought them to victory against Dantus
He was trained in large scale military combat for a few years.
His time during his captivity was brutal. During a conversation with
Amenophis he said,
"Unimaginable horrors were the only hope I saw while there. If I would see anything other then the hallucinations then great pain would soon follow for hours. I'm sure I was plenty broken before you arrive, but Dantus just wanted me to suffer. — Riss
From then on he occasionally has flashbacks and night terrors back to those moments. In some cases he is scared to sleep with the fear that he will return back to his imprisonment.
While he break this taboo almost daily during the conflict, he hated killing anyone. He would always be extremely hard on himself if his actions resulted in lives lost.

Riss has seen too many injustices under Dantus's rule. The world needs to be equal and fare for thee world to be peaceful and content.

He was an only child and lived alone with his mother and father. We do not know what happened to them after he joined the military.
History
Riss has been a throne in his side for years. He started the rebellion and through the land into chaos in Dantus's eyes. Riss sees a tyrant deserving of death to free the people he rules over.

Amenophis lead the union before Riss's rescue. Once they did, he surrendered the leadership to him, but Riss initially rejected it. As a result, he guided him in the first few steps and a bond grew. From then on Riss became an exceptional leader with his trusted friend.

Riss is the embodiment of the fight to free the world of Dantus's terror in the eyes of Imryll. She is dedicated in bring an end to Dantus and Riss has been fighting him for years alone, so he quickly earned her loyalty and respect. However, Riss's more kind hearted tendencies have frustrated her beyond belief.

While not friends, they understood each other's reason to be in the fight and mutual respect was earn between the two.

Wilith had never seen a person from a lower class lead in such an inspiring manner. It was commendable and respectable. When they found similar Aravitourus interests, they grew close, but not as much as she would have liked. Riss found her to be a great ally and friend. She was ready and able to sneak into almost any event and find out the tiniest of secrets.

Thyrador has lead armies quadruped the side of what Riss is leading, as such finds Riss as undeserving on his position, but deems it necessary. Riss sees him as a hero and legend, someone worth following.
