Secrets: Retch is a wealthy region protected from the south by a tenuous alliance with the Mirecount and Mirecountess of the Bayooan Wood Elves. Their money comes from trade alliances set all the way back to the Six Heroes as well as connectinos with some of the oldest families on Gaul. Floki is the only male heir in a matriarchal lineage, his mother was known for her cunning and Floki is no different. The people of his kingdom would believe anything that he tells them as the croaking moors of Echose have a lingering hold over the happiness of its residents.
Geisers inside the city supply fresh water to Retch.
