Ratfink

Ratfink, a cunning forest gnome with a twisted wit and an appetite for profit, operates in the shadows of Retch as a member of the Scourge. His rodenthropy—an affliction that manifests in sharp, rat-like features and heightened nocturnal instincts—has earned him his moniker and a reputation that scurries through the underbelly of society. Specializing in an illicit cheese black market, Ratfink imports subpar dairy and hawks it as high-priced artisan fare, a scheme as clever as it is questionable. He ran this scheme in Skygarde for years until he was chased out by the High Guard.   While his base of operations now lies in the dreary settlement of Retch within the Hallowpeak province, Ratfink’s influence stretches to the wherever the Syndicate will no longer tread. The Scourge, a thieves' guild notorious for its lack of structure or honour, provides him with the chaotic network he thrives in. Ratfink embodies their ethos of opportunism, weaving deception and underhanded deals into a legacy as greasy as the goods he peddles.     member of the Scourge in Echose.
