Home of the tridates and a ripe source of Essence
A mine was set up here to extract the essence vein. This angered the locals.

Approximately 55; mixed elf and half-elf.
Government:
Coyal is governed by the local priest, a male half-elf named Carba.
Notable Places:
The Verdant Theatre: A large theatre of half-timbered walls, within which anything might be an illusion.
The Guildhall: An impressive stone-walled building, decorated with brightly dyed pennons. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds.
Alalior's Pewter: The workshop of a male elf pewtersmith named Alalior, who is possessed by the ghost of a silver dragon.

Tanaeli: Male Elf Entertainer, Good. Tanaeli has thick copper hair and hazel eyes. He wears expensive clothing and carries a fine stiletto. Tanaeli has an animal companion, a red fox named Dumne.
Ennarfil: Male Half-elf Merchant, Neutral. Ennarfil has a narrow face, with short silver hair and large hazel eyes. He wears worn clothing and carries a long knife. Ennarfil is amoral and quiet.
Luthienye: Female Elf Illusionist, Good. Luthienye has copper hair and soft hazel eyes, and a small mouth. She wears modest garments and wields a quarterstaff and dagger. Luthienye is colorblind.
