Special Drinks
In the hot climates of T@Ö#Å3 and Å+*4~, people have to make sure to drink a lot to stay hydrated. They enjoy everything from a glass of nice cold water to fancy fuity drinks and everything in between. Here are some notable drinks you may often see in their stories:
Chocolate Juice
This is cocoa mixed with water basically. It was very likely started out as Andrej's prank on Peter, and is still heavily debated whether it even counts as a real drink or not. In a recent Lanternfest, Andreja and Peter try to figure it out with the help of the Lanternfest's visitors, but with no success.
Cocktails
Cocktails are highly sugary drinks that come in a variety of fruity flavors. They can only be consumed in small quantities because you would probably just die of sugar overdose if you drank too much O_O They are basically some fruit juice with some water and as much sugar mixed in as possible. They are usually served in fancy glasses with fancy decorations in them; cocktails are not something you drink for thirst, it's something you sip slowly for a time and stand around with your fancy cocktail glass in hand. Many enjoy cocktails of the sugar rush they get from the high quanity of sugar in these drinks. Cocktails also usually have various food colorings added to them and they come in a wide variety of bold vibrant colors.
Mustard Water
It's exactly what it sounds like - mustard flavored water. It's another one of those things you will only find in the weirdest places of T@Ö#Å3. You gotta have a feew screws loose in your head to drink it, but some people actually like it O_O
Nutshakes
Nuts can be used for all sorts of things, nut milk being one of them. While nut milks can be delicious on their own, they can be even better if they're mixed together with other things such as ice cream and made into a variety of delicious nutshakes.
Slurpy
Slurpies are basically fruit syrup, frozen and then crushed and put into plastic cups with straws. These are perfect for cooling down in the world's hot climates, such as in Desert or Å+*4~. People like to slurp them slowly as the ice is melting, that's why they are called slurpies. They come in a variety of sweet fruity flavors. People like to buy them on the go when in town, but also like to buy syrup to freeze and make slurpies at home. This is usually made by pouring syrup in ice sube trays, and the syrupy ice cubes can then be put into a glass or a cup to melt slowly as you drink them.
S.H.I.T.
This is a drink created by Ella and Sam. They sell it as a side gig to their Dirt Snake project. The drink consists of sugar, honey, ice and tea. If you read the aricle on Honey, you can already assume by now it's Sam's pee, and if you know anything about Sam, you can expect some unexpected consequences from drinking this drink. It's sold in mostly East T@Ö#Å3 but also West T@Ö#Å3, but you may occasionally find it in Å+*4~ as well. Not much of it is produced on regular basis; Sam and Ella can only do so much with the lack of time and access to Sam's pee.
XXXX
This is a highly alcoholic drink that can be commonly found in T@Ö#Å3. You'll rarely see it in Å+*4~ though, but if you know the right people and where to look, you can get a bottle or two. It's not recommended to drink a lot of it, as it is moderatley toxic and you can die easily from drinking too much. How much is too much? Not as much as you may think so seriosly be careful O_O
It's because of it's toxicity that it's actual name has to be censored. This was to prevent people from selling or buying it, or to sound more secretive while actually selling and buying it. It's original name has not long been lost to time, and every knows full well what's up when you're tlaking about XXXX.
Toxic Flower Drink
This drink is made of the pink flowers that only grow on the golden trees in Heaven. The pink flowers may be benefitial to one's health and wellbeing if used correctly, but should they fall into the wrong hands they may become very toxic. Rogue Fairies will sell these flowers forward, usually all the way to East T@Ö#Å3, to people who will mix them with drinks such as XXXX, which will result in a highly toxic drink.
This is an extremely rare drink. It's very difficult for an average person to even obtain all of the ingredients; they have to be brought together from different parts of the world, and the pink flowers can only be obained by fairies, so now you have to find a fairy willing to sell them to you for nefarious reasons, it's a whole thing. It's better off that way though, because it's extremely toxic and you will very likely die if you drink it. Nevertheless, many people aren't afraid of this challenge and are willing to endure horrible sickness or even death just to be able to say they weren't afraid to do it.
