Heaven
Geographic Location
Heaven is a part of our world, but isn’t located exactly in it. Heaven is floating high above Fairy Gardens, connected to land only with the three Heavenly Towers that lead from the ground right up to Heaven. These towers are also the only way to access Heaven. It sits on top of a pink cloud formation that's pretty big at almost 30km2. From the ground you’ll only see a distant cloud floating around Fairy Gardens, but on a cloudy day you might have a bit of a hard time telling which one exactly it is. This cloud is commonly referred to as Heavenly Cloud.
Nature
Heaven is a stunning magical place, unlike anything you will ever see down on the Flat Earth. Here, all the grass is bright yellow, the sky is pink and the land is full of golden trees. These trees are, in fact, made of solid gold, and all the gold (including money) you’ll see in our world comes directly from these trees. These trees are also the source of the pink flowers, which may be used as a medicine, but can also be extremely toxic.
Somewhere in this land there’s also a small lake, or maybe it is a large pond. It is filled with holy water that is said to have medicinal properties and can be very beneficial to your plants if used in gardening.
Aside from that, there isn’t much else to find here. Everything that Glitter God creates, he creates for people and puts it into the world, no use keeping it for himself all the way up in Heaven.
People
There are no towns or people here, though there is supposedly Glitter God’s castle somewhere in here. So far no one has really found or seen it, and you’d be discouraged from going looking for it anyway. Not that you could do it, unless you’re a fairy. Only fairies are allowed to enter heaven, and only for very specific purposes, such as collecting gold, pink flowers or the holy water from the pond. You do need to fill out a form and get a permit from Glitter God to enter, but fairies have been known to sneak in all the time anyway.
Resources
While Glitter God provided the world and people with everything they need, there are a few resources that couldn’t be given to them freely.
One of these is gold made from the gold trees. Being hidden away up here, gold is a very precious and controlled material that can be used for everything from jewelry to money. Because of its heavenly origin and the fact that all gold is strictly controlled by Glitter God himself, gold is really the only thing that qualifies to be used as currency.
Another thing that can only be found in heaven are the pink flowers that grow on the came golden trees that gold is made from. They have very strong medicinal effects, but if used wrong they can turn out to be extremely toxic. A plant powerful enough to give or take a life may only be obtained and handled by fairies who know what they’re doing - the consequences of these falling into wrong hands might be dire. Having one as much as one of these flowers if you’re not a fairy healer might be just about as illegal as murder.
The last thing that can only be found in heaven is holy water. It comes from the pond located in Heaven and similar to the pink flowers has medicinal benefits. It’s a lot harder to misuse it for poison, but it’s also a lot harder to obtain. Fairies use it to water their herbal gardens, thus enhancing all the medicinal benefits of their herbs. It can also be used to prepare herbal teas and medicine when a stronger medicine is needed. It’s not easy to get a lot of water from all the way up there though, so fairies are careful about how much they use and for what, and they will mix it with regular water. This may lessen the effects of the holy water but will also make your supply last longer. That’s not too bad though, the stuff is pretty strong, if you drank a glass of pure holy water you could probably straight up stab yourself and still get healed within minutes. Probably.
Significance to people
Of course, there’s no need for much explanation why literal Heaven would be important and meaningful to people. In fairy Gardens in particular, especially in places where people can actually see the Heavenly Cloud from below, they are much more aware that Glitter God is out there, always watching over them. All of the resources obtained from Heaven - gold, medicinal flowers and holy water - show people that Glitter God truly cares about them, and wants all of his people to be happy, healthy and also wealthy. In Fairy Gardens and also Ä+*4~ you’ll find more fairies than in more distant areas, and people here are more faithful to Glitter God. Constant presence of Glitter God in the form of Heavenly Cloud floating above them and watching over them reminds people to be kind to each other and grateful for all they have. They take great pride in their work, and it’s no surprise that Fairy Gardens are known to be the “Granary of the World” and home to many of the most beautiful and highest quality products of our world.
