Washing Up: Cold Bath: 5 GP, for a nice cold bath with a complimentary hot beverage.
Cold Bath+: 10 GP, like our standard cold bath except this comes with a scrubbing from one of our serving girls (or men!)
Hot Bath, Basic: 10 GP, a standard issue hot bath with a complimentary cold drink on us as well as soap and a brush. You get to keep those.
Hot Bath+: 15 GP, a hot bath with a cold drink and a lovely lady (or man) cleaning you up
Hot Bath Deluxe: 20 GP, comes with all you see above plus a personal massage afterwards to freshen up and relax. Also your choice of perfumes.
Private Rooms: Our private rooms are a nice way to unwind and relax. You can choose from the following three packages.
Massage, Basic: 25 GP, a personal massage with scented oils performed by your choice of staff
Massage and Groom: 30 GP, same as above with added hair and beard trimming
Massage, No Questions Asked: 75 GP, we don’t judge. I assure you, our custom “whispers” scent will ensure she never knew you were here
Scents etc:
Basic Grooming: +5 GP to regular price, we will pamper you like never before. You will look stunning!
Advanced Grooming: +10 GP to regular price, this hair and facial hair trim comes with a sensual hair washing, a scent of your choice, and a complimentary bottle of our hair care product, made with magically-infused seaweed imported from Trygg Havn.
Look Like a Lord Package: This package for both men and women adds a base +50 onto the regular price, but you will look, smell, and be dressed like you aren’t a working man (or woman!) this includes a grooming experience, second bath, scrubbing, and a nice set of clothes on us
Whispers: 15 GP- this scent will ensure your significant other or the one you want to woo has eyes for no other
Elvish Grace: 20 GP, have you ever wondered how elves smell like crushed pine needles and lavender? It’s this. This, and a little magic
Liquid Prestidigitation: 100 GP. What does that even mean, you might ask? You can use this to smell like however you want. Also, it cleans clothing and hair. Good for five uses. Effects last five or so hours, Tilly is nowhere near responsible for any side effects associated with amateur magic applications

Purpose / Function

Tilly Blue-Eyes is the owner of this fine establishment. Hot baths, lovely companionship, exotic massages, busty elf servants, the gentleman’s dream, truly. And, as of last year, we’ve added similar services to the Ladies’ Bath.

Architecture

A marble building shaped as a half-circle with painted caryatids holding columns on the front of the building. The statues are all suggestive Elvish women.

History

Tilly set up this place all the way back in 1298 after coming over to the Empire for political asylum. Since then it has been a fixture of Dragonscale, favored by the nobility, and a place where other Confederate citizens fleeing persecution can run to.
