Darcozzi Order
The largest military-religious Order is the Ramerian Brothers of the Sword, more commonly known as the Darcozzi Order, after the Darcozzi Palace that serves as their headquarters since occupying large swathes of the .
The Largest of these military incursions was the Eastern Mining Guild's Rebellion, when the Leda Mining Guild refused to continue supplying the Empire with their iron. The Order moved in swiftly and brutally, easily defeating the hired mercenary armies. They killed most of the Guild's Leaders and severely punished their supporters.
They took over the Guild's Headquarters - the Darcozzi Palace - and remodelled it into a military structure, making it more akin to a fort, despite still displaying immense luxury and wealth.
The Order is currently poised to launch a military campaign against Cerwood with the Support of Casteria.
They are closer to an army holding some land, rather than a nation with an army.
When the Godhammer detonated, they were one of the few organisations still backing the Empire, and they started occupying the surrounding towns and fighting against smaller independent states to hold the territories in the name of the Ramerian Empire.
This continued for months, yet when the Empire officially dissolved the leaders of the order held a council to determine their young nation's fate, and six days later on the 16th of , they declared that they would seek to re-establish the Ramerian Empire and did not consider the Remnant legitimate, seeing great success and territorial gains in The Independence Wars.
Most of the people living within their borders are Ramerian, a culture more prominently found on the East Coast. However, after putting down the rebellion, they started forcibly resettling many of the people previously living there and bringing in loyalists from the overflowing Imperial Cities.
The Order has become a lot more tolerant since the initial years of the occupation however and the resettling programmes have stopped.
Most of their original territory is based in the mountains, and as such, they tend to be quite small since it is hard to find large areas suitable for building.
They pursue an unrestricted trade policy and supply steel and iron to nations and organisations that don't have access to it themself.
They rely on outrunning potential pursuers and do not invest heavily in expanding the navy.
Their core army is supplied with horses to easily move between locations and regroup, as well as being able to meet an enemy as quickly as possible. Local garrisons often aren't well trained at all, however, they still pose as a formidable foe.
A Brief Overview
The Darcozzi Order was originally a landless military order sponsored by the Ramerian Empire. They were mainly used to subdue the heathen populace living in newly conquered or colonised territories. However, due to their exceptional discipline and level of mobilisation, they were often used to simply deal with various rebels threatening the stability of the Empire. The Largest of these military incursions was the Eastern Mining Guild's Rebellion, when the Leda Mining Guild refused to continue supplying the Empire with their iron. Founding
The Darcozzi Order has operated as a semi-independent state in the mountains since putting down the Rebellion, however, they only controlled the various mines and the city of Lerosa.
Culture
The Order itself maintains a highly martial culture, members and their families are expected to undergo rigorous training and display peak productivity. Advancing within the order is mostly a matter of experience, however, it isn't unheard of for younger paladins to rise quite quickly if they distinguish themselves. Most of the people living within their borders are Ramerian, a culture more prominently found on the East Coast. However, after putting down the rebellion, they started forcibly resettling many of the people previously living there and bringing in loyalists from the overflowing Imperial Cities.

Architecture
Most of the buildings within their borders are utilitarian and bare since the region is rather poor when compared to the rest of Rameria. However, the buildings built by the order itself are either highly martial and structured in a way to be as hard to conquer as possible, or as tall as possible in an attempt to be closer to the gods. Most of their original territory is based in the mountains, and as such, they tend to be quite small since it is hard to find large areas suitable for building.
Diplomatic Relations
They are allied to the Kingdom of Casteria, their brothers in faith, and actively seek closer cooperation with them. The Order of the Radiant Dawn, the ecclesial branch of the Casterian Government, was already closely cooperating with the Dracozzi during the time of the Ramerian Empire, making them natural allies. They don't actively participate in their conflict against Grand Vailia, yet help them to fortify their border in the event of an invasion. They pursue an unrestricted trade policy and supply steel and iron to nations and organisations that don't have access to it themself.
Military
Navy
The Darcozzi Navy is very small since they didn't control any coastal provinces for the majority of their existence. What little they have are mainly transport and trade ships for quickly moving around goods and soldiers. They rely on outrunning potential pursuers and do not invest heavily in expanding the navy.
Army
The Darcozzi Army is highly mobile and relies on smaller troops of expert fighters rather than large armies. This permits them to outmanoeuvre their enemy and they usually pursue a strategy of defeat in detail.Their core army is supplied with horses to easily move between locations and regroup, as well as being able to meet an enemy as quickly as possible. Local garrisons often aren't well trained at all, however, they still pose as a formidable foe.
