History

A multi generational butcher shop now owned by Bjorn Smokehorst. Known for his local smoked meats from a variety of fish, rabbits, deer, boars, and other game.

His shop does have a pungent smell from the guts of the animals, and so on standard market days, Bjorn typically rents a space in Mara’s Market in front of his shop.
